Peach (Prunus Persiaca)
Peaches are fast growing trees that begin flowering by age 2 or 3. The trees we grow are hardy to about -20f, but the flower buds are only hardy to -15f. After a deep cold winter they won't flower here. In years that they do set a crop, it can be tremendous. Branches bent to the ground full of delicious fruit that is outstanding fresh, frozen, dried, in preserves, and in desserts.
Trees are 3-5 feet tall
